Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.
Accuracy
Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on this site are accurate. We do not, however, promise or represent that it is accurate or free from errors or omissions and we reserve the right to make any necessary corrections. You should inquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material you seek to rely upon.
Delivery Standards
Our delivery charges include postage and packaging.
Prints will be shipped to you within 8 weeks of the order.
Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of the estimated delivery timing.
Insurance Details
Our delivery charges include postage and packaging within Australia and to overseas destinations. If your photographic prints are damaged in transit to you please contact us for a replacement print.

Len Metcalf uses a secure and reliable shopping cart.
We accept payments from all major credit cards in seconds with Stripe. Len’s website is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is safe and secure.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All products sold by Len Metcalf must be:
fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied
acceptable in appearance and finish
free from defects
safe
durable
You can return an item to us if:
it's faulty
it's incorrectly described
it's different from a sample shown
it doesn't do what we said it would do
it's not of an acceptable quality
If the product is unsafe, can't be fixed within a reasonable time, or you simply would not have bought it given the nature of the defect, we'll offer you an exchange, repair or refund.
This is dealt with on a case by case basis, please contact us if you are not entirely happy with your order.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind you are not able to return your prints once purchased or delivered.

Incorrect details supplied
Please note that acceptance of your order implies that we will fulfil your order within the time specified in the Delivery Standards. The following situations are exceptions:
Where fraudulent activity is suspected or identified
In the event that you supply incorrect payment and/or delivery details, Kinky Lens will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided. In the event that your supplied contact details are incorrect however, Kinky Lens will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.

The materials displayed on this website, including all editorial materials, information, photographs, illustration, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trademarks, are the property of Kinky Lens and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Shoot terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all Len Metcalf shoot bookings
Booking Information:
This booking with Len Metcalf includes a figure / portrait shoot and a viewing session plus there A3 prints of your choice from the session. The session fee includes the Figure session and Viewing session. Further prints and albums are sold separately.
Booking Fee:
The payment of the AUD$1000 confirms the booking with Len Metcalf for the purchased session. This booking fee is and is non refundable. In the event of a cancellation, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule the shoot, otherwise the full fee is kept. Only one cancellation per booking is allowed and a further cancellation will forfeit your payment
Payment arrangements:
Payment will be made in full via the shopping system on this website.
Direct debit/credit card flexipayment options may be handled by a third party company, and an application form will need to be filled in.
Copyright:
The Copyright of all photographs taken from the Portrait session is owned by you. The usage for any purpose is to be negotiated between the parties and requires specific permission. Original files and edited files are available as collections for purchase.
The original digital images/ negatives and and video files remain the property of Len Metcalf and after a period of five years from may be purchased for a fee nominated by the studio. Adequate measures to backup and archive your files are made after that five year period.
Photographer:
The session will be Photographed or filmed by Len Metcalf. Should any personal injury, family tragedy, or any other circumstance prevent Len Metcalf from being available to photograph on the booked date an equivalent replacement will be provided or the session will be rescheduled
Negatives/digital files:
Every precaution to prevent image or video files captured from the session from being damaged or disappearing on the day. Certain elements beyond our control may prevent us from fulfilling in whole or in part this section of the agreement. It is agreed that the liability of the Studio shall be limited to be a refund of any money paid this agreement, which shall be in full & final satisfaction of any damage or loss suffered.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Len Metcalf customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
