Georgia O’Keeffe is the Mother of American Modernism and one of the grandmothers of American Abstraction. She was married to Alfred Stieglitz and the subject of many of his photographs. Her watercolours and drawings are incredible. Her paintings mesmerise a huge audience today. Her energy undoubtedly has influenced many photographers.
