I know you are all just bursting to share your photos for the challenge this week!

Beliefs shape who we are. The biology of belief is now a cellular biological phenomenon based on the work of Bruce Lipton. We are what we believe we are. In this presentation, Len discussed a little bit of the theory of how our cells are controlled by our thoughts and environment. Len asks us to consider what Limiting Beliefs we have about our photography, and how we may consider ones that may be stopping us for truly exploring our creative selves.
