EX148 Joiners with real prints

This weeks exercise takes what we have been doing for the past two weeks and pushes us to explore making the joiners physically with prints.

Your entries must be made from physically printed photographs, and anything else you would like to add like paint, newspaper, material, flowers, leaves etc.

It must include more than one photograph of yours.

Your goal is to create a new artwork from you photographic prints.

Try will need to photograph your creation to upload it.

Of course you can fiddle with it after you have a digital copy, digitally.

Only three entries for discussion per person please.

We will discuss these in Len’s Class next week.

My example is a joiner I did at art school when I was 19 years old. It is a portrait of my father. Taken on film and printed on paper. I cut a mount to join my photographs together into one artwork. The photograph of it is just a phone snap.
